Who we are
Events412 is a Pittsburgh, PA based company providing the main elements that help capture every moment and make your memories last a lifetime. From start to finish, we are very different: we specialize in trend-setting, modern events.
Our number one goal is the highest level of service for you and your guests—always with your vision in mind. We want to make your event memorable.
How we work
Nothing about our process is cookie cutter. Professional DJs and MCs, customized uplighting, dancing on the clouds, photo booths, cutting-edge photography, and videography focused on the important moments—we bring it together so guests remember the fun for years to come.
Cinematography reflects the joy, formal moments, special tears, and funny times that make your day yours. Photography and film both include a planning meeting at least two weeks before the wedding to align on flow, must-capture moments, and style.

Weddings
We know weddings are a lot to plan; we make entertainment stress-free with an easy online planner, music selection app, and meetings (minimum two in person when possible, or virtual or phone). Each celebration is custom-tailored, including your entertainment experience.
Lighting effects
Up lighting for color and atmosphere—from a simple hint from your palette to a high-energy club feel—plus monograms (including animated options—please inquire), indoor spark effects where permitted, and dancing on the clouds for first dance photos guests rush to capture.
Photo booth
Mirrored Visions (touch screen, sign or draw before print) and open standard booths that fit up to about ten guests—full-time attendant, unlimited photos, custom logo strips, props, flash drive of images, and memory books on select packages. Standard booth prints a 2×6 strip with three photos for you and guests.
Photography
We have been part of wedding receptions since 1997. Packages include scheduled planning before the day for flow, must-captures, and style—see investments for coverage and deliverables.
Cinematography
Films that reflect joy, formal moments, tears, and laughter—planned with the same care as photography so nothing important is missed.

One epic wedding day—here’s the plan
You plan your wedding once; we do weddings every weekend. We share what we have learned while you always have the final say. Bill starts you on your planning journey, lays out the road to wedding day success, and helps you avoid common pitfalls. We understand you are busy—we have the entertainment covered. So, sit back we got this!
- Multiple planning meetings. At least two in-depth meetings with your hand-picked DJ/MC. You get to know your DJ; they capture the essence of your love story so the day feels uniquely yours.
- Premium sound + wireless microphones. High-end line-array systems with subwoofers for medium to large receptions without overpowering conversation—all sound equipment is included in every package.
- Dance floor lighting. Included in every wedding package; lighting syncs to the beat and washes the floor with color without overpowering the room.
- Live mixing. Your favorite songs with seamless transitions; must-plays make the floor and do-not-plays stay home.
- Online & mobile access. Booking and planning online—from contract to final guides—on laptop, tablet, or phone (print if you prefer).
- All the time you need. Packages are not sold by the hour for the reception: coverage starts at cocktail hour and runs through the end of the reception or midnight, whichever comes first. Ceremony addition includes 30 minutes of prelude, officiant microphone, and full ceremony sound.
